Coverage & Timelines

45-Day Warranty: Standard coverage for manufacturer defects.

30-Day Warranty: Applies to Deal Sticks, Custom Team sticks, Collegiate/Pro use, and minor cosmetic issues (chips/blemishes).

46–90 Day Support: If your stick breaks after the initial period, we offer a 30% discount toward a new stick.
Please note: Coverage excludes damage from abuse, negligence, or misuse. Our sticks are designed specifically for on-ice play within recommended height and weight ranges.
How to Submit a Claim

Start Your Claim: Fill out the [Warranty Form]. You must provide your original purchase receipt to qualify.

Provide Proof: Either ship the stick to us within 10 days or submit three clear photos: the full stick, the SKU, and a close-up of the break. We will review your claim within 3 business days.

Finalize: If approved, complete the required Warranty Processing Fee. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit for the value of your stick.
Note: You may avoid shipping costs by picking up your replacement at our Fargo office (1102 Page Dr S).
