At Haggard Hockey, we know you need your gear fast so you can get right back on the ice. We work hard to process and fulfill every order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Standard Processing: Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of purchase (excluding weekends and official holidays).

  • Order Tracking: As soon as your order clears the neutral zone and ships out, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your USPS tracking details.

  • Custom & Pre-Order Items: Custom team stick builds and specialty pre-orders operate on distinct manufacturing timelines (typically 8–10 weeks for custom team orders). Details and estimated delivery windows will be clearly stated on the specific product page or during checkout.

2. Shipping Carriers & Delivery Rates

  • Primary Carrier: We primarily ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) to ensure reliable, cost-effective delivery across the United States.

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Promotional Shipping: Free shipping or discounted shipping promotions (when active) apply at checkout with applicable promo codes or qualified order subtotals.

3. Shipping Issues & Unattached Shipping Fees

  • Unattached Shipping Charges: If an order completes checkout without shipping applied (or if additional postage is required), our team will reach out directly with a payment link to complete checkout. Orders will ship immediately once the outstanding balance clears.

  • Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Haggard Hockey is not responsible for packages delayed, misrouted, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

4. Damaged or Lost Packages

All full-size Haggard Hockey sticks are backed by our Industry-Leading 45-Day Warranty. If your package arrives damaged, or if tracking shows your shipment is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@haggardhockey.com with your order number and photos of the packaging so our team can resolve the issue.
